OBSOLETE. A protein complex that phosphorylates serine 2 residues in the CTD domain of productively elongating large subunits of DNA-directed RNA polymerase II, holoenzyme. In S. cerevisiae this complex consists of CTK1/CTK2/CTK3, in S. pombe Lsk1/Lsc1/Lsg1. Human CTK1 homologs include CDK12/13. Source: PMID:20952539, PMID:24879308
