Ontology: Uberon importer for Uberon+FBbt

Description

  This is an ontology that collects all of the core uberon, plus
  the Drosophila anatomy ontology (FBbt). One of the main purposes
  of this ontology is to check for consistency between Uberon and
  this ontology. Note that we use a locally modified version of
  the ontology - see the CARO2 tracker for details
