Ontology: Uberon importer for embryonic mammal structures

Description

  This is an ontology that collects all of the core uberon, plus
  any mammalian embryonic ontologies. Note that currently for both
  mouse and human, there are separate ontologies for both
  embryonic and post-natal stages
