Not sure about the ZFA-derived definition here. If SS is the collection, then feature part_of some SS, which doesn't seem right. Also, is a feather really an organism subdivision, according to CARO2? I think we need a list of examples and counter-examples here |

Revamped release pipeline, ext terms now included in main uberon
release and downstream files
Minor changes:
renamed 'surface' to be 'external covering of organism'
Defined surface structure ot be any thing that is part of this
Addresses #24
But still tidying and possible obsoletion to go
made path to organism over part_of more complete
